Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

I found this recipe on Pinterest and HAD to try it! Luckily we had most of the ingredients all ready. I had been wanting to make Halloween treats to take to the PD and this was the perfect opportunity!

What you need:
  • Box of Jello Cheesecake mix (or you can make your own)
  • Normal size Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Milk (1.5 cups, cold)
What you do:

Put muffin/cupcake tins into a muffin pan. 12 was the perfect size for us. Unwrap peanut butter cups and put them into muffin tins. Mix up cheesecake according to directions. Our recipe just needed milk added. Spoon into muffin tins. Once that is done you open the graham cracker crust mix and sprinkle on top of each cheesecake. Then sprinkle a few chocolate chips over each. They then need to sit in the fridge for awhile to harden up. I was unable to let mine sit to long but it still tasted delicious!

Finished product. They may not look fantastic but they tasted yummy! I added fun little decorations for the officers! Please ignore the flashlight/radio in the background. Story of my life...

These are a perfect option for Keith and I as he loves cheesecake and I love peanut butter/chocolate. I thought they were so good I ate two. Keith said they were "not bad"...I think that means they're okay??
