French's Crunchy Onion Chicken

A co-worker recommended I try this recipe and I found it was quite tasty and super easy!

What you need:
  • 2 cups (4oz) French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions (My co-worker said do not use off-brand as it doesn't work)
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten

What you do:
Place French Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. (My co-worker also said make sure to NOT cover it. It will not turn out!)
