What you need:
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese (not the reduced fat cream cheese, gives the wrong consistency)
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 C. mini chocolate chips
- 1 C. toffee bits
Directions
- Cream together cream cheese and butter.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined.
- Serve with graham crackers, Ritz crackers, or apple wedges. Personally, my favorite is chocolate graham crackers. Keith prefers to put it between two chocolate chip cookies.
