Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip

My co-worker made this dip a few months ago and I was hooked! It's great because it's cookie dough with no raw eggs.

What you need:
  • 1 8oz. package cream cheese (not the reduced fat cream cheese, gives the wrong consistency)
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 C. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 C. toffee bits

Directions

  1. Cream together cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined.
  3. Serve with graham crackers, Ritz crackers, or apple wedges. Personally, my favorite is chocolate graham crackers. Keith prefers to put it between two chocolate chip cookies.
