Ham Steak and Brown Sugar Apples

If you like ham try this one! It's quick and very tasty!

What you need:
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 T. country-style mustard
  • 2 tart apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 lb. ham steak
What to do:

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, blend in brown sugar and mustard. Stir in apples and simmer until apples are just tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Spoon out apple mixture; set aside. Place ham steak in skillet and top with apple mixture. Cook, covered, until ham is heated through and done, 5 to 10 minutes.
