Cheesy Corn and Bean Burritos

I made these the other night and thought they were pretty good! As always they were EASY! With the new puppy finding quick and easy recipes is even more important!

15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
16oz corn, drained
8oz can chopped green chiles, drained
12oz package shredded monterey jack cheese, divided.
2 cups cooked rice
6 to 8 10 inch flour tortillas
16oz jar salsa, divided
*I thought these would be good with some shredded chicken as well. My mom voted for guacomole or sour cream.

What to do:
Combine beans, corn, chiles, 2 cups cheese, stir in cooked rice. Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture along the center of each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons of salsa. Roll up burrito-style and arrange seam side down in greased 9X13 baking pan. Spread any remaining bean mixture over burritos. Spoon remaining salsa over burritos and into corners of pan; top with remaining cheese. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, until heated through and cheese has melted.
