This is one of my favorite meals! I thought I had already posted it but when I looked for the recipe I couldn't find it! So I'll post it now! This is a quick and easy recipe that is very yummy! I found it on Hy-vee's website, it is supposed to be a dinner for under $3.
All you need:
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp Hy-Vee canola oil
1/4 c. Hy-Vee apple juice
2 tbsp Hy-Vee apple jelly
2 tbsp Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
Hy-Vee long grain and wild rice
All you do:
Season chops with pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on one side.
Turn chops; add apple juice, jelly and mustard to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Spoon glaze over pork chops; serve.
