One Pot Pork Chop Supper

This is a quick and yummy recipe!!

What you need:
1 T. butter
4 boneless pork chps, 1/2 inch thick
3 redskin potatoes, quartered
2 cups baby carrots
1 onion, quartered
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water

What to do:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops; saute 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. In a small bowl, combine soup and water; pour over pork chops. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pork chops are done and vegetables are tender.  Note: I put it on my "simmer" and it didn't cook in 20 minutes. I cranked it up to medium and let it sit for 20 minutes more. We had to eat something else as Keith had to get back to work so we reheated it the next night and it was still pretty tasty.
