What you need:
- Yellow Rice (I used Zatarain’s because that is what the lady who blogged the recipe used)
- Cream of chicken soup
- Whole kernel corn
- One onion
- Chicken breasts
- Shredded cheddar cheese
What you do:
1. Place chicken in crockpot
2. Cut up onion and put on top of the chicken (I cut the onion up into big pieces because that is what she showed but I think in the future I'll dice it. I didn't feel like eating the big chunks but I would have eaten smaller ones)
3. Dollup the soup ovr the chicken and onions.
4. Now cover this and cook it according to the following: Low – 7-8 hours, High 3-4 hours
5. When it is done cooking, drain your corn and toss that in along with your cooked rice and cheddar cheese. (You’ll need to cook your rice before this step. You can cook the rice the night before and just have it in the fridge so it's ready to go or just cook it right before you need it.)
6. Stir everything together and give it a few minutes for everything to heat up and enjoy.
7. Eat!
