Pizza Casserole

I had another day of making freezer meals as I absolutely LOVE having dinner ready!

We tried this one this week and it was tasty!

What you need:
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 28oz of spaghetti sauce
  • 8oz of spiral pasta cooked
  • 8oz of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4oz of sliced pepperoni
What you do:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in a spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to greased 13X9" baking pans. Sprinkle with cheese; top with pepperoni. Cover unbaked casserole tightly with aluminum foil; freeze. To serve, thaw overnight in refridgerator. Uncover; top with cheese and pepperoni. Bake as directed.
