What you need:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cidar vinegar (I think this is what smelled so bad)
- 1/2 tsp. ground giner or 1 T. fresh minced giner
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 6 boneless pork chops
In a small bowl, mix together honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Combine with pork chops in freezer bag. Freeze. I put two chops in each of my bags so I can just pull out a bag for dinner. We can get three meals out of this dish! To prepare thaw meat in marinade overnight in refrigerator. Arrange pork chops with marinade in baking dish. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Turn pork chops two or three times during baking to coat with glaze.
Enjoy! We ate them with wild rice and green beans. Yum!
