Speedy Rice and Raisin Pudding

I had been wanting to try rice pudding for awhile and my new cookbook had a quick and easy recipe to try. I thought it was pretty good, Keith let Kolby eat his...

1 C. uncooked instant rice
1 C. milk
1/4 C. raisins
3 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine instant rice, milk, raisins, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
