Healthy Request Chicken Mozzarella

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes

What you need:
  • 4 skinless, bonesless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) campbells healthy request tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups hot cooked corkscrew pasta (about 3 cups uncooked)
What you do:
1. Place chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
2. Mix soup, italian seasoning and garlic powder. Spoon over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. remove chicken. Stir sauce. Serve with macaroni.

I thought this turned out pretty good. It was quick and easy to make and Keith cleaned his plate which is always a good sign!
