Salsa Chicken

I made this a few weeks ago and found it very easy and very tasty. Keith wasn’t as excited about it but it is something I’ll make again.  I think I put to much taco seasoning on it.
What you need:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
 What you do:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9X9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on chicken and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Top with sour cream.
