Savory Pot Roast

I made this for dinner tonight. It was easy, quick, and tasty!

What you need:
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pouch dry onion soup and recipe mix
  • 6 small red potatoes, cut in half
  • 6 medium carrots, cut into two inch pieces (I'm always looking for short cuts so I used baby carrots instead. Worked just fine. Took a whole bag).
  • 3 to 3 1/2 pound boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast. (We don't need that much meat so I used a 2lb roast).
What you do:
Stir the soup, onion mix, potatoes, and carrots in slow cooker. Add the beef and turn to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (Could also put it on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours).
