I got a new cookbook on black friday and I am so excited to try out the new recipes! I tried out this one a couple of nights ago and really liked it.
Cheeseburger Pasta
What you need:
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) campbells condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz) campbells condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 cup uncooked medium shell-shaped pasta.
What you do:
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate the meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the soups, water and pasta in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stiring often. (I did this without a lid on the pasta and it took longer than 10 minutes, I'd suggest putting a lid on)
I thought it tasted really good but you can definatly taste the tomato soup, if you're not a big tomato soup fan I'd maybe add a little less of that soup.
