Anniversary Chicken

Do I have a cute kitty or what?

The ingredient list for this recipe sounds a little odd but it is one of Keith's favorite meals.

Need:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 skinless, boneless breast halves of chicken
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki basting sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 chopped green onion
  • 1/2 can or 3 oz of bacon bits
What to do:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and saute 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Place chicken in 9X13 dish, brush with teriyaki, spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, onions and bacon bits. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until fully cooked.
