No Bake Energy Bites

This is a new Pinterest recipe I found and have fallen in love with! Keith described them as peanut butter chocolate chip no bakes. I've enjoyed taking them to work as a yummy snack.

What you need:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes (I did not use these)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
 
What you do:
 
Mix everything together thoroughly. Then put in fridge for about half and hour. You then are supposed to roll them into balls and enjoy! (I have found using my cookie scooper works good). They probably end up bigger than they're supposed to but oh well. Keep refridgerated for up to a week.
